Peanut Butter and Pimento Cheese-Stuffed Celery


My grandmother had these at the holiday table every year, and I continue to pass it down through my family! We love it!

  • 2 bunches celery, cut into 4-inch pieces

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup pimento cheese spread


  1. Spread peanut butter into one half of the hollow in each celery stalk. Spread pimento cheese spread into the other half. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 20 minutes.
