  1. Spread peanut butter into one half of the hollow in each celery stalk. Spread pimento cheese spread into the other half. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 20 minutes.

I have been doing this for years, but, separately. Combing the two flavors onto one celery stick was very tasty!
