This is a healthy, filling breakfast or snack option that allows me to fill my strawberry cravings in the off-season.

  • 3 ounces frozen strawberries, or more to taste

  • cup orange juice

  • cup nonfat milk

  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 ½ tablespoons milled flax seed

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

  • 1 ice cube


  1. Blend strawberries, orange juice, milk, yogurt, flax seed, protein powder, and ice cube in a blender until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
