  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix pineapple, sugar, eggs, milk, bread, and vanilla extract together in a casserole dish. Pour melted butter over the pineapple mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until set in the middle, about 30 minutes.

Very good but very rich. i doubled the recipe and the full stick of butter was still a little much. I would only do half of a stick next time. All in all a great dish and would make again!
