  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir potatoes and onion in oil until the onion is translucent, 7 to 10 minutes; drain. Put potato mixture in a slow cooker and add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Pour pizza sauce over the mixture.
  2. Cook on Low for 6 to 10 hours.

Good, but needed more flavor. Next time I will add some chopped garlic, salt, and pepper when cooking the potatoes and onion. After it was done I served it with some extra cheese.

Made as written except I added a few sliced mushrooms that needed used up. These were good and quite messy. I think they could easily be baked in the oven in a glass dish for 30 minutes or so if...

Simple and easy! I diced the potatoes, onions and pepperoni and did not add the cheese till 15 minutes before serving! Turned out great!
