  • 8 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

  • 1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • 1 cup walnut pieces

  • ¼ cup pitted and chopped kalamata olives, or to taste (Optional)


  1. Toss lettuce, Gorgonzola cheese, artichoke hearts, walnuts, and olives together in a bowl.
