Cuban Chicken

MJodyH

"An unusual combination of ingredients. Yummy! Serve over rice. You can put rice into the pot to cook with everything else, but add 2 cups chicken broth and simmer 20 minutes until the rice is done. One fewer pot to wash!"

This was delicious! I had kalamata olives, so I used them, and it was still good. I did make the rice separately. I ended up adding some chicken broth to the recipe because I had used less canne...

This recipe EXPLODED with flavor. I did add 2/3 cup diced mango, and 1/4 cup honey, as well as substituting kalamata olives (whole-pitted) for the green olives, as this was more like a dish I ...

My husband loves this, and he is a very picky eater! I love the combination of flavors.
