  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook and stir sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain.
  3. Mix sausage, onion, cream cheese, and jalapeno peppers together in a bowl until well combined. Spoon about 1 tablespoon sausage mixture onto each crescent dough triangle; fold corners around sausage and roll up into a crescent, ending at the tip of the triangle. Place rolls on baking sheets.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until rolls are golden brown, about 15 minutes.

I made these and they're actually pretty terrible. Edible, but unsatisfying and a waste of good ingredient. Never making this again!

I used cayenne pepper instead of jalapeno because I didn't have any and it turned out great! I also prefer the Extra Sage sausage. Great Recipe.

My hubby and I agree this one is a keeper!

We loved these! I didn't have a jalapeno, but I did have Jalapeno Jelly! After these baked we spread the croissant with the Jalapeno jelly and made pigs of our selves!!

SO GOOD! Super cheap to make too and friend's love it.
