I scaled the recipe to 2 servings and after tasting it I added an extra tbs of sweetened cream of coconut. It was still a bit on the tart side. Had I used unsweetened cream of coconut as called for in the recipe it would have been way tooo tart. Overall it was tasty with theses modifications. Read More
