  1. Add Simmer Sauce to slow cooker; top with chicken and vegetables. Turn chicken to coat with sauce.
  2. Top with Cooking Sauce; cover. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
  3. 15 min. before serving, cook 3 cups pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  4. Serve chicken mixture over pasta.
