  1. Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a food processor; puree until smooth.
  2. Spoon egg yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a decorative tip; pipe filling into the cavity of the egg white halves.

Used Louisiana Hot Sauce and then topped w/ paprika and fresh parsley. Perfect for Christmas!

Not the best but pretty goo d but got sick of eating it about 3 is all o could handle
