Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) jar HERDEZ® Tomatilla Verde Mexican Cooking Sauce

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Place cooking sauce, avocado, yogurt, and cilantro in a blender or food processor and puree till smooth. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
