Fabulous Fruit and Feta Salad


Easy, great light salad that will go with any dish.

  • 1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens

  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted

  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 1 (4 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled

  • ¾ cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing

  • freshly cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Combine salad greens, mandarin oranges, walnuts, onion, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over salad; toss to combine. Season with black pepper.
