  1. Mix carrots, raisins, lemon juice, lime juice, and sugar together using a fork in a microwave-safe bowl; cover bowl.
  2. Heat in the microwave on low for 30 seconds. Transfer salad to a glass bowl; sprinkle marshmallows over salad.


  • Cook's Note:
  • For a sweeter citrus, simply add orange juice. For more sweeter flavor, add 2 teaspoons of white sugar.
