  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt

  • ½ cup halved strawberries

  • 1 banana (Optional)


  1. Blend pineapple juice, yogurt, strawberries, and banana together in a blender until smooth.

Cook's Note:

For a lighter version, replace the yogurt with one cup of whipped cream.
