I thought this recipe was simple enough but it lacked depth of flavor. Definitely needs salt ( and I generally cook saltless) Like the others I upped the garlic and also added onion powder plus thinly sliced Roma tomatoes at the end. Maybe a bit of lemon juice would brighten up the flavors.
Worth the 4 stars just for the ease factor alone. This is a great basic recipe and you can pay around with whatever flavors you want. I added cayenne and curry powder and it gave it a great international flavor. I also added red yellow and orange red bell peppers when it came time for the veggies. The timings on this recipe were also spot on. 6 mins for chicken was perfect and juicy and my vegetables were not soggy at all. I used fresh zucchini not pre packaged. Would def make again!
This recipe is quick and easy but it is a little bit bland. I added salt and pepper and I served it over a bed of herbed pasta which really added dimension to the dish. The flavor of the Recipe Ready zucchini was good but I'm not sure how much of a time saver it was.
This was pretty good. I did add some extra garlic and sauteed onions to the dish. Oh and salt:) Served it with angel hair pasta yum! Invited my mom over for lunch and served this it went over really well.
