I made this exactly. I didn't care much for it. it's like its trying to be a cheesecake but isn't. my husband and mother loved it, though. mom even ask for the recipe.

This is a quick and yummy recipe, not too sweet, very creamy. You need a 21oz can of cherry pie filling, otherwise you won't have enough. This was easy to make from ingredients I had on hand, will make again as everyone loved it.
Very easy to make and tastes great. Good alternative to chocolate. I stirred in the cherry juice. Kind of fell apart a little, but there was nothing left within 15 minutes.
Easy and quick to throw together and my three boys loved it
