Apple Cinnamon White Cake

Absolutely delicious and takes virtually no time at all to put together - not to mention it's very pretty when it comes out of the oven. I did add two apples vs. one and opted for buttermilk vs. milk. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing...except maybe for the cooking time. There's no way this would bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and be cooked all the way through. I baked mine for 50-55 minutes and it came out moist, nicely spiced and bursting with apples! This is a great base for add-in's such as raisins or walnuts but it's perfectly fine all by itself and goes great with a nice cup of tea! Thanks for a great recipe!
