Garlic Seasoned Baked Pork Chops

Michele

"This is a delicious pork chop recipe that cuts out all the grease from frying them in a pan. Best of all, you can use any type of chop (even ones with bone still in)! My husband loves this recipe so much, I'm not allowed to make pork chops any other way! Pair it with some cheesy mashed potatoes and a vegetable for a great meal."

The baking temperature and time were spot-on for my chops; they turned out deliciously moist and temped at about 155 degrees when I took them out of the oven. They didn't look very appetizing, t...

I have found with almost every pork dish you need a digital measuring device. Pork, more than any other meat, needs to be right at the number or it will be dry and tasteless. I set my digital ...
