I tripled the recipe, omitted the tequila and added avocado. It was delicious!
Very nice recipe….fresh and refreshing. I used roasted corn and green onions, we didn't have red. Will definitely make again. Good Mexican go with.
This was really good I made a few changes. I used fresh corn from the cob instead of can, I omitted the tequila and use fresh lime juice and lemon.
