- Stir heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, milk, mint extract, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips in a bowl until evenly mixed.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions until softly frozen. Transfer ice cream to a lidded container; cover surface with plastic wrap and seal. For best results, ice cream should ripen in the freezer for at least 2 hours to overnight.
- Cook's Notes:
- Omit mint and double the vanilla extract for awesome vanilla ice cream.
- Ice cream will not be green unless you add food coloring. I did about 7 drops of neon green and 4 drops of neon blue and it was perfect!

This was a very nice ice cream and very easy to make. It's my daughter's favorite ice cream.

First time ever making ice cream. Great reviews at my 15-year-old granddaughters birthday.
Very good but next time I'm going to use 3/4 of a sack of chocolate chips and the minature chips.
this recipe was very good but personally I would tone it down on the choc chips and add more mint extract I used this recipe to make peppermint ice cream it was really good
Super easy recipe to make and turned out really well! I would add more mint extract next time for more minty flavor. Maybe another 1/2 tsp?
