Blue Cheese Horseradish Dressing

This family recipe comes from a small town restaurant owner who was known for his sauces/dressings. I made a few tweaks. It's amazing!

4 cups

  • 1 (16 ounce) jar mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's®/Best Foods®)

  • 10 ounces sour cream

  • 6 tablespoons milk

  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese, or more to taste

  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

  • teaspoon prepared horseradish

  • teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, blue cheese, hot sauce, horseradish, and garlic powder in a bowl. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to let flavors blend.

Cook's Note:

I usually use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon horseradish as I like horseradish.
