  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees . Cook ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is done, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in cilantro.
  2. Combine black beans, corn and Country Crock(R) Spread in 8-inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture; spread with salsa and sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until heated though and cheese is melted.

Great basics but rather bland. Get creative with it and add more flavor and it tastes great. i.e. garlic, onion, peppers, spices, etc even just taco seasoning.

basic recipe is good but our family is into spicy do I made a few changes. I used a pound of hamburger and added 1/4 pound of chorizo. The store did not have a can of mexicorn so put in froz...

Instead of sourcream I used cream cheese because I didnt have any handy at the moment . So i melted the cream cheese and it was quite tasty!
