Coconut Cream Coffee Creamer


This delicious coconut cream coffee creamer tastes just like the one you can buy at the grocery store, only it doesn't contain any of the added chemicals or preservatives.

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup milk

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine cream, milk, and sugar in a small pot over low heat until steam appears, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in coconut and vanilla extracts. Cool and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Cook's Note:

Sugar can be adjusted to suit personal tastes, more or less. I like my creamer sweet so this is perfect for me.
