I added 2 T balsamic and 1/4 t cayenne powder. note that 2/3 cup dried lentils makes about enough when cooked for this recipe.

Simple to make. Good taste!

I added some diced red onion, celery,and a tablespoon of cider vinegar. Turned out great for our bible study potluck with rave reviews.

Added feta, canned tuna in water,lime juice, capers, red radish and lots of parsley. Turned out great for me.
