  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave chocolate, butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add dry pudding mix; stir with whisk 2 min.
  2. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended. Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with remaining sprinkles.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

i dipped half of them in semisweet chocolate. They were really good and part of a fudge pack as birthday presents to some people. They were a great hit and everyone loved them.

This was easy to make but I wouldn't call it "fudge." It didn't have many fudge like qualities you would expect to find. To me it tasted just like store bought icing formed into bite sized piece...

Easy enough to prepare. Very, very sweet! Like eating pure sugar!
