  1. Place cauliflower into a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and cook in microwave oven until tender, about 7 minutes. Uncover and cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir eggs, creamy salad dressing, celery, green onions, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Mix cauliflower into dressing. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Delicious and much easier and healthier than potato salad. I added 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard and used garlic salt instead of regular salt. Turned out great! I will definitely make it again.

I bought pre-cut cauliflower and made half the recipe, only leaving out the celery - I did not miss it a bit. The salad was delicious! I hope to make it again.

This is good, I added Dill Relish and red pepper flakes! YUMYUM
