  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

  • Mix 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together in a stand mixer; pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture.

  • Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown on top, about 25 minutes.

Cook's Note:

This can also be microwaved. Simply microwave until hot and bubbly, usually about 5 to 8 minutes.

I added 1 10oz pkg of frozen spinach some cayenne pepper and chilli powder to give it an extra kick. I also used my food processor instead of my mixer for a smoother finish. I followed cehinksman's advice and cranked the over to 350 for 35. I'll definitely do this one again. Read More
