Dark Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

i dont have any silicone baking pans. so when I make any kind of fudge. I line the pan with tin foil. leaving little flaps at the sides. make it nice and smooth. put you fudge in pan..put in fridge.... when it's ready just lift the foil....cut and enjoy!
