  1. Mix Cheddar cheese, baking mix, ham, Parmesan cheese, 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk, parsley, and mustard together in a bowl; form into 36 balls.
  2. Arrange balls on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and put in freezer until firm, about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  4. Arrange ham balls on prepared baking sheet; bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, 25 to 35 minutes.

I made these exactly as directed. Ok but if I make them again I will add butter to the batter and some additional spices.

The husband really liked these. He asked me to make them again soon! I prefer these over the typical sausage balls.
