  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, salsa, green onion, garlic powder, and sugar together in a bowl. Add eggs and mix well; spoon into the prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until each taco bite is set in the middle, about 15 minutes.

I have tried many recipes on this site and they have always been very good. However I did not care for this recipe at all, and neither did my guests.

This was a simple recipe, but I think it would benefit from some added ground sausage or beef. It was a little bland.
