Pudding You Can Feel Good About


This is better than it sounds. Really great if you are into raw foods. My kids love it and I often use it to bribe them to eat their veggies.

  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted

  • ½ cup agave nectar

  • ¼ cup carob powder

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 drops peppermint oil (Optional)


  1. Blend avocado, agave nectar, carob powder, water, vanilla extract, and peppermint oil in a blender until smooth.
