  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 2 quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray*. In small skillet cook bacon until crisp; drain grease. Chop bacon.
  2. In large bowl stir bacon and all remaining ingredients until well blended. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Cover; bake 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

This was an easy and tasty recipe.

It seemed kind of bland to us. Could have used some garlic powder or another seasoning to jazz it up. Also, I uncovered it and added finely shredded cheddar cheese for the last 10 minutes of bak...

Easy to make and very tasty. I added it as a last minute side dish this Christmas and it was a hit!

Although this recipe was simple, easy and fast I prefer the taste of real potatoes that I season my self.
