  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Melt Saute Express(R) squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Saute 5-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add spinach and heat until wilted. Toss in pasta and cheese until coated.

Excellent, fast, easy recipe! I didn't use the butter as I wanted to make it healthier so I used olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning. This is great to make during the week.

Quick and easy but still very good.

I can't find the pre-mixed seasonings so I did my own thing. To make the sauce I used a small amount of olive oil (maybe 1 tbsp), the juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime, and some Lemon Pepper seasoning...
