Edna's Fruit Dip

"A very nice sweet and rich treat for dipping your favorite pieces of fruit or as a fruit cup topping. If you don't want to use as a dip for fruit, a dollop on top of fresh fruit served in a glass is especially nice to serve after dinner as a refreshing dessert."

  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and soft. Fold marshmallow creme, orange zest, and ground ginger through the cream cheese.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
