  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until pudding is cooked through and bubbling, about 1 hour.

I scaled the recipe to 4 servings and used 2 eggs and it was still a bit too eggy for me. This is the exact same recipe as Grandma's Corn Pudding from this site and a quite a few of the reviews ...
