- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- In a large skillet, cook garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes or until slightly yellow in color. Add kale and saute for 3-4 minutes. Deglaze with white wine. ADD the roasted red bell peppers and season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate skillet, toast pine nuts until slightly browned, then remove and set aside.
- Cook pasta, drain and toss with sauce. Remove from heat and add pine nuts and cheese. Stir to combine and serve.

So I shouldn't even really be reviewing this Becuase I was missing half the ingredients and had to totally fake it, but the faking turned out well...
Amazing!!!! It's so delicious it's dangerous. I didn't have any pine nuts so I used chopped roasted almonds instead. I will defiantly be making this again.
OMG, this is rediculously good with basically just 5 ingredients AND it doesn't even take long to make! I made it almost exactly as written, used water instead of wine and parmesan instead of p...
