My personal rib rub that has gotten rave reviews from everyone. Works also as a great all-purpose seasoning blend for just about any savory dish. This makes enough for 1 rack of ribs.

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard


  1. Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dry mustard together in a bowl.
