Easy Cream Cheese Frosting

I whipped it too much in my KitchenAid mixer, and it STILL turned out great!! I followed the recipe except I used an 8 oz block of cream cheese instead of the 6 oz it called for. It was very yummy and light (because it was whipped). I used it as the frosting on a spice cake I made and shared it with a friend -- we ended up eating 1/4 of the bundt cake between us. I think the frosting is perfect for spice cakes.
