Zesty Pulled Pork Sandwiches

"Moist and flavorful, these zesty pulled pork sandwiches are perfect for lunch, dinner, and any potluck. Wonderful with baked beans and fries. Add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder or hot sauce for an extra kick! Serve on fresh hamburger buns or onion rolls."

  1. Stir barbeque sauce, onion, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in slow cooker; add pork loin and coat with sauce. Cover and cook on High until pork is very tender, about 4 1/2 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks. Keep warm on Low until ready to serve.
  2. Serve on onion rolls.

I tried this recipe exactly they way it is written and it turned out great! My kids who don't like anything, loved it. Will keep this recipe for future use.

A hit! Based on the comments of some reviewers, I omitted the brown sugar. I also added liquid smoke. Definitely a keeper!

Really good. Had a lot of leftover sauce so I stuck the leftovers in freezer. Used Sweet baby rays BBq sauce and a pork roast

We used 1/2 a Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce and 1/2 Diana Sauce (Canadian) and this was TO. DIE. FOR! This will definitely be a favourite!

Easy to make, but too sweet. I added a little vinegar to the leftovers and it made a big difference.
