Strachan Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

Beth Stone Strachan

"A blend made by trial and error and that my husband won't let me play with anymore! This can easily be made a day or two ahead of serving to allow the flavors to meld. This is a great complement to roast poultry or pork and also makes a great topper on buttered biscuits or rolls."

In my opinion, the Cinnamon ruins this recipe.

Just like my daughter's :)

Absolutely delicious and easy to make!

Just like my mom's!

Delicious! Great recipe just as written!

I didn't have the triple sec and it tasted wonderful without it. I will be making this again.

In my opinion, the Cinnamon ruins this recipe.

I loved it! Decided to cook the chopped cranberries a few mins as I wasn't sure my hubby would like them raw. This recipe is awesome!
