  1. Place instant coffee granules in a food processor and process into a fine powder.
  2. Stir ground instant coffee, milk powder, cocoa mix, creamer, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Keep in an airtight container.


  • Cook's Notes:
  • If you have no spice grinder, you can place granules in a plastic food storage bag and crush with a rolling pin.)
  • Spoon into canning jar, add lids, and seal. Attach a gift tag to each jar with these directions: "Café Mocha Mix in a Jar: Add 3 teaspoons to 6 ounces hot water for a warming treat!"

I got the messurements for the instant coffee mixed up, but I made a second serving and just didn't add more coffee, and it's great! Thanks!

The flavor was more “cafe” and less “mocha” so I ended up adding more of the cocoa mix and even a little malted mix to achieve what I was looking for. Could just be a taste preference on my par...
