- Place instant coffee granules in a food processor and process into a fine powder.
- Stir ground instant coffee, milk powder, cocoa mix, creamer, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Keep in an airtight container.
- Cook's Notes:
- If you have no spice grinder, you can place granules in a plastic food storage bag and crush with a rolling pin.)
- Spoon into canning jar, add lids, and seal. Attach a gift tag to each jar with these directions: "Café Mocha Mix in a Jar: Add 3 teaspoons to 6 ounces hot water for a warming treat!"
