Original recipe yields 12 servings (1 13x9-inch cake)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Blend together cake mix, 1/2 can of the LUCKY LEAF Premium Peach Pie Filling and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining pie filling until well mixed.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the batter in greased 13x9-inch baking pan; sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
