View All Saved Items Rate Print Share Share Tweet Pin Email Add Photo 1 Prep Time: 15 mins Additional Time: 8 hrs Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Servings: 12 Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 2 cups fresh cranberries 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped 1 cup pecans 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 (3 ounce) packages cranberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®) ¾ cup white sugar 1 cup boiling water 1 cup cold water Directions Place cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pecans into a food processor and pulse several times to chop; process mixture until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transfer mixture into a large bowl. Mix pineapple, gelatin, and sugar in a separate bowl. Add boiling water and cold water and stir together until gelatin and sugar have dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture into cranberry mixture and stir. Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate, 8 hours or overnight, before serving.
