I liked this as an easy and different way to prepare fish for a mid week sort of dinner. I would recommend chopping the onions into smaller pieces. We ended up with some practically raw onions in the casserole. Read More

Very similar to halibut Olympica recipe. Halibut is a naturally dry fish. Adding the mayo and sour cream helps alleviate that. We added about a tablespoon of spicy mustard which helps with the flavor. We also used asparagus as a side dish and covered that with the sour/cream mayo onion cheese mixture and loved that combo. Now we are down to about 30 lbs of Halibut to try other recipes. Will keep you posted on the others. Read More

Excellent! We halved the sour cream, mayo and cheese and added a tablespoon of dill to that mixture. We substituted ritz crackers for the saltines. It was buttery good! The mushrooms make this recipe!!! Read More

Loved it. Although I took out onions. Added tablespoon of dill and mixed 1/2 mayo 1/2 miracle whip with sour cream. Also used ritz crackers instead of saltines. I like buttery flavor better. Yum! Read More
