  1. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange bread, overlapping slices to cover bottom of pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly; pour over bread. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
