  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix broccoli, corn, egg, salt, and pepper in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix crushed crackers and butter together in a small bowl; sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until the crackers are golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.

I used fresh broccoli florets and used the exact size dish and the broccoli was practically raw so not sure if you need use frozen broccoli instead. Also, as the other reviewers have noted there...

Holy moly super good!!!! I did add some garlic powder and Cajun seasoning. It was so good

We liked this dish very much, I cut the recipe in half. I think when I make this again I will try using both cans of corn it wasn't corny enough for me.

This was so easy and I love that it's Gluten Free!

OK. I used 1 can cream and 1 can kernel corn. I also used 2 eggs

Add some shredded cheese to the egg, corn Broccoli mixture. Very good!
