Easy Marinara Sauce

Rated as 4.61 out of 5 Stars

"We built this recipe from a lot of trial and error and a little experimentation with the wine selection. It has a sweet flavor with just a little zing to keep things interesting. Great for all types of italian dishes. We even used it for Italian sausage bombers."

A little too sweet for my taste.

Excellent sauce! Just put everything into the crock pot and cooked one hour on high and four hours on low. Followed the recipe except for the addition of fresh mushrooms.

Hands down the most flavorful marinara I've ever made ... and my kids loved it! Next time, I'll sub red wine for white just to see how it turns out. Loved this recipe!
