Creamy Peanut Butter Refrigerator Pie

4.9

Easy, no-bake refrigerator pie. Loved by kids and adults alike. I use graham or Oreo® crusts; each is excellent. The Oreo® crusts brings out more chocolate flavor. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired.

  1. Mix cream cheese and peanut butter together thoroughly in a bowl. Stir confectioners' sugar into cream cheese mixture. Fold whipped topping into mixture with a spoon; mix thoroughly, scraping bottom and sides of bowl to incorporate completely. Add chocolate chips, gently stir into the mixture.

  2. Spoon the filling into the pie crust, heaping more in the center of the pie.

  3. Refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours.
