  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 10x15-inch baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust and place on the prepared baking pan.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir flour with butter until it has a slightly toasted fragrance, about 2 minutes. Whisk in milk and simmer until thickened, whisking constantly, 2 more minutes. Stir in processed cheese cubes. Let the cheese cubes melt, stirring often, to make a smooth cheese sauce.
  4. Spread about 3/4 cup of cheese sauce onto the pizza crust. Stir cooked macaroni into remaining cheese sauce in the saucepan and spoon the macaroni and cheese onto the crust in an even layer. Sprinkle top of pizza with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned and the mozzarella cheese is golden brown, about 15 minutes.

I made this for a family with young kids and then for my friends who are in their 20s and 30s. For the young kids, I just made the recipe as-is, and I just dropped it off, so I don't know if the...

Came out exactly as I expected. This recipe was exactly what I was looking for.

I made this just as the recipe read. I used whole wheat pizza dough, which I would opt for one more flavorful next time. Also, while it isn't anything surprising, velveeta isn't the most flavo...

Every year me and my sis have a cook off. Different "theme" every year-- this year was pizza. We both made 4 or 5 and had a big party and everyone could come eat and vote. We didn't say which pi...

Loved this! Closest thing to the mac and cheese pizza from Cici's that my family could get because there's not one any where near where we're currently residing. Thanks for the share! Love it.

I was wishing this had a specific measurement for the milk. I used 1 cup and it turned out the right consistency. I added White Cheddar Popcorn Seasoning to the cheese mix to give it more flavor...
