I made this nice recipe as directed except I used fresh pineapple. We found it to be too sweet for chips, so I added in the juice of half of a lime. That added just the right amount of tart for us. Thank you for a nice recipe. Read More

This salsa was very good. It could also be used as a salad. The water from the melon made the salsa somewhat liquidy, after a day or two. It was best during the first 24 hours, but the flavors were really good. Read More
